DESIGN CENTER OF THE CAROLINAS

| The Design Center of the Carolinas is located on one of
Charlotte's original urban corridors, adjacent to Charlotte's
oldest rail corridor. Originally, The Nebel Knitting Mill,
The Design Center has been transformed into an exciting and
vibrant work environment which breeds creativity and innovation
for the tenants who occupy the 37,000 square feet of leasible
space. We took great effort in preserving the industrial feel
of the knitting mill, right down to the exposed ductwork,
bare steel columns and beams and 3" thick maple floors.
The Design Center has been fully leased since its opening. |
