Kingston Flats is a new building in the heart of the historic
South End District of Charlotte, NC which will be the first
"soft lofts" in the area. Soft lofts combine a traditional
condominium with a studio loft. Ten foot ceilings, brick veneer
on the inside of exterior walls and wood floors blend together
the rich history of the site and the contemporary desires
of the marketplace. Kingston Flats' design calls for four
units on each of the three floors of the residential space
located over the retail ground floor. |
